Sometimes, you will have quests that require you to get a special item (like the Bank Statement for example) and they won’t tell you how exactly to find it. I got stuck a few times at first because I had no food left and seeing those workers stand and do nothing is not easy. Make sure you always have your people working on the land to produce food and maximize gains as much as possible. The most important resource, especially early on, is food.
